My educational background in Applied Psychology (MSc) combined with being an NLP practitioner allows me to connect with students on a deeper level, understanding their motivations, challenges, and aspirations. As a seasoned and results-driven senior telecom professional, I bring a proven track record of improvement in key operational performance indicators (KPIs). My extensive expertise encompasses a wide array of telecommunications technologies and operations, including IP/MPLS, DWDM Transmission, Project Delivery, Enterprise, and Radio Access Network (RAN) Operations.

I am particularly skilled in project delivery, having successfully led initiatives that expand modern Optical & IP Transmission Networks.
